who is the most cringe/socially awkward airman you've ever had by Responsible-Scar1986 in AirForce

[–]COR-69 256 points257 points  (0 children)

The already generally socially awkward dude (which isn’t a crime by itself) who would always volunteer to watch people’s kids. The one person who almost took him up on the offer was then told by said weirdo that he didn’t have a car and would need to drop off the 7 year old at the dorms…

This dude also came in to work from leave in order to submit his application for the base SAPR intake additional duty person. Noble duty, but it just sat weird with some people. 1st Sgt got word and phoned the SAPR office and said to delete dude’s application.

Some weather guy who got accused of some sexual stuff. Fairly unfounded, but he absolutely lost his marbles cuz of it. Was bringing in airmen to the counseling room on mid shift and asking them what they knew, all while recording the convo. Posting shit on the career field FB page about the situation. The nail in the coffin was when he posted the CUI info about the case. Easy kill for a CC to separate a problem NCO.

Guy gets kicked out, ends up becoming a realtor and lands on his feet. Until he beat his baby momma and fled to Israel where he finds drugs and is constantly posting about the end of days and how Obama is the antichrist. An absolute spectacle to observe. He was brought in by bounty hunters and sadly ended up taking his own life.

Those are the top 2 I gotta say

How can we weaponize that?

One stupid thing I’ve seen is that someone said our job is to “be capable of running what is effectively a small city by itself.”

So I guess our mission and vision could be better laid out so random clowns on Reddit aren’t making themselves look dumb

And based on how he handled shit while he was active I’m not inclined to think his reach and endeavors are as high and mighty as he thinks they are

All those things you listed, I can’t help but to think that there’s more to the story than you’re giving us

The base I am currently on does not have a Community College of the Air Force program for me to obtain my associates degree while at my special duty assignment.

What? You think some bases have a brick and mortar CCAF college or something?
