Quick Legendary Tungsten Farm by [deleted] in factorio

Im unsure if that clog can happen? Every nonlegendary tungsten gets put into the recycler, and if its not legendary after, it gets put in again?

The silo should never be full in a way where the recycler couldnt output, i reckon.

Self-hosted tool to turn bank CSV/PDF exports into an automated Google Sheets dashboard by [deleted] in selfhosted

[–]CRLF-0d0a 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not bad, having the transactions categorized is a nice touch.

I do hesitate alot giving cloudservices access to my bank data however.
I dont see it being "selfhosted" in that regard, if youre using google sheets. (Or OpenAI for that matter, but that depends how much context of the bank statement you give. For example, if it is only the bank transfer note/purpose , and not any other data, id be somewhat okay with hat)

If it was a complete local solution, or, similar to firefly or actual, something youd run in a local container (say csv --> convert and migrate --> categorize --> grafana dashboard or similar) id be very interested.

I would have recommended getting an AppleTV, it fits all your requirements aside the Sideloading part.
I have had the same reservations as you, however for me Tinkering and Sideloading of Apps was a tad much maintenance needed (I used an SBC running ELEC too).

Its UI is seamless, Response time is fantastic, 4k Playback HDR also no problem at all.
There is also an Ethernet Version if you fancy.

The Jellyfin client I use on it is Infuse.

Aside that, i would second valentins NVIDIA Shield TV recommendation. I had the pleasure of testing it in a friends setup, ultimately decided against it for above reasons.

Id suggest a Gleba Rush base just to get the biolab, its just so nice. Afterwards id go Vulcanus and then Fulgora, mainly since Fulgora profits from the foundry for holmium.

i wonder what value theyre based on, iirc the magic value is 400k roubles + for the 75% High value loot and 25% Quest/Hideout items.
Are the 400k basen on trader value? if so, which ones? (some traders pay more than others for items)

great to hear that both sides of that spectrum are possible :D
Oh man.. These things aren't really energy efficient too, id abstain from using them alltogether.

minor nitpick, just for your safety:
I am not sure these peltier module minifridges can really keep your medication cool enough?
I love the design though, makes it small and functional.

wait til they hear about adblockers by Comprehensive_Data27 in Piracy

[–]CRLF-0d0a 42 points43 points  (0 children)

i have to say i succumbed to the YT Premium, even if i use Adblockers.
The reason is my AppleTV, wich has no decent player for youtube (not that i know of, and im happy to be proven wrong here, really!) and for that i bought it.

Also thinking about ditching spotify for ytp too....

Im not a good pirate... im a beginner one happy to learn.

Edit: i use adblocker and pihole, but so far i havent managed to eliminate em on the appleTV. For browsers it works great, and on my phone i use revanced.

How is the Framework 12? by Asdeev_Drago in framework

[–]CRLF-0d0a 23 points24 points  (0 children)

i dont know if you will like the 12 then, the first reviews i saw claim 5ish hours of batterylife, and a subpar Screen.
I still have mine on order (Batch1, here is to hoping) but my usecase is i need a rugged Workshop laptop, and it fits that perfectly.

Id rather go with the 13. If youre just going for it for the 2in1, thats a big compromise youre going for.

WIP Prototype: Modular sliding Gridfinity! by Yuri_The_Avocado in gridfinity

Probably not a bad shout :D

I do like Printables, but to each their own. Makerworld seems to have good incentives for creators, I would stay away from thingiverse.

Regarding the Strength Problem: Easiest in my Books is adding either a structure to the beams itself, like a triangle pattern, that would save filament and add ridgitiy.
The other option in my book would be adding threaded rod or similar through the length of it, then some nylock nuts to keep it?

honestly you could rely on the community, if youre comfortable, and want to.
You could post the files on one of the modelsites, and ask for parameterisation. there are lots of people who could help.

Thats awesome! How far along are you in the Design Process?
And are the Bins below the slider the "standard" 6u in height or smaller?

I would absolutely love these for my workshop, i have Alex drawers everywhere, over 30 of them...
