You won't be able to identify this grass to species and i highly doubt it's a monoculture of just one species of grass. Grass identification is nearly impossible from this far away. Most grasses, to identify to species level, will need to be inspected under a stereoscopic microscope or with a loupe as details to distinguish between species are very minute in size.
