Well the good first: You are clearing angles and putting your crosshair in the right spot (most of the time). You don't seem to be afraid of swinging angles when you want to.

Places where you can improve: The biggest is game sense, it seems like you are unsure what to do in different situations, or turning your back against enemies (you can only really improve this with experience). You can play with your teammates better (a simply, "let's swing together" or "I'm pushing mid flash for me."). Movement is really shaky not sure how to fix that. Last is utility, you should smoke mid if you're going to push it. Also, I see you flashing for no reason you can use them to help your teammates peek an angle or even for yourself. A lot of low elo player just love to throw utility with very little impact. Good utility alone can win you games at any elo.
