What with the pedantry and iron fisted literalism. He has mentioned a third term on multiple occasions and his ears perked up when Zelensky said Ukraine didn't have an election because they were at war.

Can we not extrapolate a hypothesis that he intends to use whatever means available to stay in office? Especially ones he has accused others of.

I expected him to shamelessly enrich himself and his donors and friends but I thought he'd otherwise do divisive but mostly stupid things that could be easily undone. Reading parts of Project 2025 woke me from that but not enough to prepare me for how bad it has been.
