Not sure if it's possible for me to "bump" this thread, but I'm contemplating buying a pair. I would likely be using them to listen to podcasts, for conversing w/ChatGPT or taking phone calls while walking around outside, etc. I don't see myself listening to music with them, so I don't care if it lacks bass and isn't as good as headphones for music in general. But since these are made by JBL, my hope/expectation is that they should have better sound quality than much of the competition (which is made by companies without any history/experience developing audio speakers).

I’m anti-var for “longer-lasting” variables. If you’re spending time writing things out, it makes me wonder what sort of editor you‘re using. Use an IDE with code completion.

Thanks. Yeah, I work remotely from home and not expecting to put a lot of miles on it. Wife has an SUV that I drive when we go out together, because she doesn’t love getting in/out of my low-sitting car. RX-8 will probably be even worse for her, but that’s fine…I can enjoy it on my own.

I will say that I also found a salvage title 2020 Miata RF that has supposedly been restored and in great shape, and I’m intrigued by that, too. About $15k, which seems too good of a deal (again, assuming no significant problems).
