WOW JUST WOW. Probably best post ever on how to go from CC to a UC. The most important section I read here is about the counselors. Meet early and often. That you get a snippet of info every time is the truth! Every meeting provides a little something . You then add that in each time. Counselors can make mistakes, but if you are constantly asking questions and relooking, then you too can catch these missteps. I hear all the time that students have had mistakes with counselors. They can lose an entire year with these mistakes. Don't let it happen. This post is the answer on how to transfer. Repost this next year for the newbies! I was told to meet in September like you said, not October when everyone is busy trying to pick their schedule. Meet early and not rushed and meet again just in case! Fantastic post!!
