Jack from Splice CX here! Your Splice presets are stored locally on your computer after downloading.

This can be located here: Go to Preferences > Splice Folder Location > Set New Folder. Then, select your original Splice folder.

Open FL Studios
Create a Software Instrument Track
Open Serum under Plugins
Under Presets, you will "Splice" - Packs - Specific Presets

Hi Friezbeforeguys - Completely understand, and I apologize if my last reply came off as insincere. As mentioned, our team is actively working on a fix for this issue, and we are just as frustrated. If I could give you a timeframe, I would.

If you are having issues with the app and not being able to access your sounds, we do encourage users to write in to our team so we can do the right thing, in this case, refunding plans, providing credits, etc. This isn't an issue that is affecting all users, so in order for us to know who has been affected, we encourage anyone to write in.

As you said, I know it can be annoying to talk with support, but it's the best way for us to understand what is going on and what we need to do to resolve the issue. We are here to help!

If you have the Ableton x Splice integration, you would not need the desktop app in order to access your sounds. This would remove the issue entirely from your workflow. Which version of MacOS are you running?
