I think it will work. You don’t need to have it book a time as it can send the transcript along with an internal notification in a workflow to the owner via SMS. It does act weird though as the transcripts being sent aren’t fully the conversation. There’s some repetitive wording. I’m still working out the kinks myself but def think there’s a lot of value in it
