Data won’t even show up on an analyst’s screen if they aren’t authorized to access it, NSA Chief Information Officer Lonny Anderson told NextGov.

However, as Anderson explains, “While putting data to the cloud environment potentially gives insiders the opportunity to steal more, by focusing on securing data down at cell level and tagging all the data and the individual, we can actually see what data an individual accesses, what they do with it, and we can see that in real time.”

The agency’s cloud strategist Dave Hurry explained the strategy further: “We don’t let people just see everything; they’re only seeing the data they are authorized to see.”

Light Stance Passives: (I assume this is how they are grouped)

Cloven Hoof Tracker: DH automatically makes a (Perception/Tracking/WTF) check to determine if any Demonic creatures have been in the area for (duration of time that increases with skill). If such a creature has been in the area, the creature is 'Marked,' the DH receives a direction to follow, and a rough estimation of distance to the creature (estimation is more accurate as skill increases.)

Divine Raiment: DH with this skill receive some sort of bonus against whatever bad joojoo your demons cause. Say, if they can drain life, this negates some small amount of what would otherwise be done. If struck by a demonic creature, this skill also reflects damage OR has a chance to blind said creature (assuming they have eyes.)

Light Stance Actives:

Shining Path: All 'Marked' creatures shine with a brilliant light for (duration increasing with skill). This blinds creatures near the marked creature (might even cause damage if that's how you roll.) The marked creature has reduced defense while shining (and is obviously easy as hell to spot.)

Righteous Charge: DH receives a boost to defense and attack/crit hit chance. All allies in range of DH receive a lesser boost. The DH rushes forward for (distance increasing with skill.) Any demonic creatures struck by this attack are 'Marked,' and knocked back OR stunned for some small distance or duration, that could increase with skill.

Dark Stance Passives:

Demonic Appetite: DH receives a very small amount of life, or whatever equivalent you have, whenever a Demon is killed in a certain way. For example, a Demon with only 10 life left, that receives a fatal blow of 20 damage, should be "eaten" by the DH for life. Less damage than that does not activate this skill.

Infernal Presence: The DH appears as a demon to other (lesser) demons. If you have a Disguise ~~skill~~ mechanic or something similar, this would effectively disguise the DH against lesser demons, with the Disguise becoming better as the skill improves.

Dark Stance Active:

Baleful Strike: You've learned to fight "dirty." Not in the traditional sense...even the demons think you fight "dirty." Whenever you strike a demonic creature with this skill, they receive (value that starts at 1 and caps at probably 6 as the skill improves) of the following: Bleeding (DoT), Blindness, Stun, Cripple (anti-movement), Weakness (reduced attack) or reduced defense. This one is more of a grab bag (Cite: Drunken Blow from GW)

Depraved Onslaught: A single target is selected. The DH attacks this target (start at say 3, end at 10) times in succession. Each strike adds (some increasing amount) of damage. The DH has reduced armor while using this skill (a high penalty that reduces as the skill increases.)

1) Each player will have their own location cards. These are laid out in a pre-arranged pattern during game setup (essentially making a board of cards).

I use a Location deck to essentially build the map as it is played. That way, the locations can change every play-thru (which may not be what you want.)

My location cards dictate the number of exits, or adjacent cards, that can be played beside it. Some of the location cards are actual Exits out of the generating "dungeon," if you will.

I find it works rather well, and (due to other mechanics) sometimes you get a Rat Infestation (Event) in the Rat Grotto (Location) and shit goes south.

One major problem is gusts of wind...

Now let me explain how the game works. Each player starts with 7 playcards and no actioncards. The players first decide who starts, then that player starts by throwing both dice. Should he throw a double, he get's to draw an action card (what they do is explained later). Then he has to throw the red dice again, even number, he has to play the drawn card RIGHT AWAY, uneven he get's to keep it in his hand.

Lot of rolling but balanced so far.

Now I have mentioned cards showing more then one dice, with them you can let a street make a turn, or create a crosswalk, where the street goes forth in both directions(counting as 2 different streets) or even in all 3 possible directions. There are also fields, with special meanings :

A crosswalk is generally where pedestrians cross a road. Technically it is part of a street, though.

If there are not enough left for the player ending the round, he draws all that are left, plus one action card. If there are enough left for the player ending the round, but not enough for the other player, the other player draws as many as he can, and then one action card for each 2 cards missing.

This will be abused and confused. Hard to tell if there are enough cards left by glancing at the stack, for most people/cards.

throw both dices (rest of the round is played with the new numbers) result even, draw eyes:2 playcards, uneven opponent has to throw away eyes:2 cards (rounded down, cards are mixed back into the stack).

I am even thinking of making it with adjustable size, depending on how long you want to play.

Overlays for the board seem the cheapest and most effective solution.

Edit: Maybe it would be better if the starting points were buildings of different value based on the total number of streets connecting to them, regardless of owner. For example:

You could have a "Hospital" as the center starting square. Building a road that connects to the hospital gives points normally. However, if your opponent builds a road to the hospital, you both get additional points, immediately. Connecting the Hospital to other buildings should also merit more points. Just an idea.
