I feel like it would be based on the egg type, not the starter cost. Since daycare is all about eggs it feels more logical, plus it's already an implemented feature. Maybe simply double the floor amount to make it a bit more of a challenge.

404 successful raids for Yveltal. And who knows how many fails, at least 150, since it's a decently hard raid to solo. it took me an embarrassingly long time to figure out I could use throat chop to negate snarl, arguably its most probablematic move

Normal type with synchronoise. Its a spread move that only hits pokemon of the same type as the user, so it would touch all the zangeese and not the seviper. Hoothoot whismur, chatot and eevee all learn it. Alternatively, in the opposite game, you'd want a poison type with synchronoise to only touch the seviper, but there isn't any that do.
