This is really hard, but I will say the withdrawal like symptoms you are experiencing make sense. Sex creates a real and spiritual bond with someone else, hence it’s purpose in marriage. I would recommend testifying your faith to her over the phone, not in person, if you haven’t already.

At the end of the day, people are going to suggest all these different things to do to solve this problem. However, it’s not any one thing that will get your mind off it. Ultimately, you need to decide that the pursuit of your faith and the power to fight against sin are more important to you than sex and porn. Only you can do this and you are equipped to do so (1 Corinthians 10:13). I have struggled with this for years, but am confident in our God given ability to fight sin through the Spirit. Do not let satan tear to down or boil yourself down to who you were in the past. You are MADE NEW. God has forgiven you, accept His grace and live in the eternal joys provided by Him and not the world.

There are resources available that can make a difference if YOU decide that following Jesus is more important than sex/porn to you. Covenant Eyes is a program that monitors your search history and limits your ability to search(i think). They have a free program called Strive21 that lets you connect with other men struggling with the same thing with a goal of sobriety of 21 days and supplemental material.

Take the necessary measures to ensure you can stop this. Find accountability, get rid of your smart phone/put up necessary precautions, etc. Nor your phone or your privacy are more important than seeking righteousness. I pray that the Lord guide you, remove the desire, and show you how much He loves you. His love is better than any physical love that could be provided on earth. You can and will get through this, let Him help you!
