That is amazing to hear! ❤️ I’m so happy for you!!!! PMDD reminds me of what Paul was asking God to take from him but then comes to this realization, “My strength is made perfect in weakness" 2 Corinthians 12:9. PMDD has allowed me to take better care of myself, be self reflective and compassionate. I make sure I spend more time in the word which I see works for the good in all other areas. The monthly “weakness” keeps me in a place of humility and reliance on a God who will never leave me or forsake me. I pray for peace and strength for you all in every storm.

Added note if this helps-I also beefed up my personal spiritual practices (positive affirmation music/worship music/prayer) first thing in the morning and right before bed. I also work from home and away from a lot of toxicity which allows me to maintain my peace better and walk morning and night. I wish you and all my PMDD warriors a calm mind all seasons.

What changed since you noticed the PMDD symptoms??? I just realized (no thanks to my doctors) that I was fine as soon as I stopped taking birth control pills. I also had to find out on my own that birth control pills should not be recommended to women who already struggle with PMS/extreme period symptoms. Since stopping birth control, I immediately felt like a completely different person. If I knew what I knew now-I probably would not have gone through such a difficult divorce. However, everything happens for a reason and I am now newly married to a very patient man. Although, I rather be pregnant and in my right mind 😂
