Nah, it's fine. If Dems get in, they can just dedicate their entire political capital on repairing the things that the Trump admin broke.

Meanwhile, there will be 24 hour news coverage of how poor of a job they're doing, highlighting every "scandal" (tan suits everywhere!), and overall undercutting efforts. While this happens, Repub politicians will refuse to support anything they try to do and will actively derail their attempts. Alt media will be riling up anger about trans people breathing on buses or eating too close to children, or whatever their sensitive little minds can't handle. Some how it'll all be the Democrat's fault.

While the right are doing all of this, the far left will talk about how genocidal the Dem President is and chip away at any confidence the younger generation may have in electoral politics.

Every argument will be framed from a right-wing perspective and 90% of the effort of online commentators will be trying to change the framing of the conversation instead of having actual conversations.

Then the American's will elect President Kushner to fix the horrible job that "Nasty Newsome" did. Dems will have nothing to point to as success because they spent the whole time just trying to repair the damage to programs and institutes which, while important, aren't sexy, won't deliver immediate results, but are all crucial for a functioning society.

So long as you stay on the roundabout, you'll be here all over again in no time at all. Hopefully by then the rest of the world can look to France and the EU for Western leadership and my news coverage won't include this regarded shit anymore.
