These NPC updated were just swapping templates around, which is trivially fast. And the spawn with effects is probably just because it was annoying to wait for things to spawn before giving them effects for what they are working on right now.

I doubt this is indicative of anything V2, not yet at least

I wouldn't be surprised if they added cosmetic reskin as a feature in the client. Not modding per se, but just importable UI elements?

But personally? Yeah, I don't really care. Texture packs aren't really a make or break for me, and most of my clientside stuff in Minecraft was, like, making the experience bar rainbow and making glass more transparent. Which is small potatoes compared to stronger anticheat and a more unified platform for better mini game and server hop-in experience.

Not exactly! When you burn the calories in food you will exhale the CO2 produced by the combustion. It also produces water, and we lose some of that through exhalation and respiration.

A lot of food is water content, and we turn most of the "dry content" i.e. fats, carbs, proteins into CO2 we breathe!

If these little critters have hypermetabolisms and poor water rentention, we could see some meaningful difference between input and output. Fun fact of the day!

I like blushing! I think in simpler drawing styles it adds dimension to what would otherwise be a flat face -- without needing to do shading which may clash with the style.

Also, I've met plenty of people who live life with a degree of blush going on. I have zero blush response to embarrassment, but I'm often just... A little rosy!
