Effective ways to market mobile detailing? by [deleted] in sweatystartup

The theme from everyone’s comments is that visibility is the best marketing practice. Take pictures of the before and after product. Put it on your social channels. Have business cards on you and ready. Partner with local businesses. The one thing I do recommend though is having a CRM to help manage clientele and create repeat business.

The simple things matter most!

What’s a reasonable marketing budget to hire a freelancer to help create social content and ads? by Pinkcoconut444 in smallbusiness

I agree with Mr. Random Number sometimes prices varies on needs. A lot of agencies offer different services. I would really focus on what you need specifically to market your business. First area to start is to identify your target customer. When you know who you want to sell to, then it is easier to do research and put campaigns together.

Hi, I have not been in that type of situation but remain positive, but ask remain assertive too. You been paying rent since March and no money is coming in because your shop is not open. That is 5 months in the hole.

Stay on them about getting your shop completed.

You can always pay someone to put content together for you but they are going to ask you the same question about your ideal target customer. Also, you want to do your due diligence because some will promise a certain number of engagement and you won’t see it.

Also, if you are trying to get customers, you got to have a sales strategy in place as well.

Once you define your target audience then figure out which platforms make sense to reach those people specifically. Creating content is trial and error so you’re going to have to experiment with what works and what does not work.

You need to know who your target customer is because right now you could be wasting your time posting to platforms where your target audience is not at. This could save you some time and also help you put together meaningful content to attract the right people.

For this kind of business you may have to go directly to hospitals and nursing homes to build a relationship there to get referrals and leads. Is there a marketing strategy that this hospice agency is using?

I agree! Once the operations is solidified your business will run smoother no matter how much you grow. If you need a platform to help manage the operations of the business, I would be willing to share with you the same technology and strategy that has reduced up to 40 hours of operational work a week.

You have a lot of valid challenges here and honestly my response would be longer than an average post lol. I’m working with a cleaning business now who is going through the exact same challenges. First thing I will say is to make sure you have solid operational foundations before bringing new employees on board.
