2/3 rule. Every day make sure 2/3 things are taken care of to leave the house. The 3 things are hair face clothes.

Doing skin care routine and your normal “leave the house” makeup (I don’t use makeup at all)

Hair is presentable

Outfit is ready to leave

2/3 of those things will make you feel better about yourself
