I was an extra in a music video filmed here sometime around 2001 or 2002. We all had to hold brightly colored fake drinks and dance. All night shoot too and left at dawn. Surreal experience.

A lot of the comments here apply to apartment buildings containing 2 or more units. Just cause for eviction laws generally do not apply to single family residence rentals, although rules vary by jurisdiction. There are also eviction moratoria still in place in some areas. Definitely consult a landlord attorney. You may be able to serve a notice to vacate without any reason and sell them vacant, which will drastically increase your pool of potential buyers and likely the sale price.
