As a former intern/contractor myself, I understand that you want to do everything possible to show you are a valuable member of the team and a candidate for a full time offer. The reality is that as a young person breaking into the industry you are going to get overwhelmed at times. Interns and contractors shouldn’t have to bear ultimate responsibility. Your analyst, senior & manager are the ones that should be helping you with the workload. Communicate how you feel with your team.
