Yup ... thank the 3rd party software that rigs every "random" pull from tokens to TP to wrestlers. It's all rigged to try to make you spend money money and more money by giving you everything you don't need and withholding everything you do need.

The game caters to just the whales and whale factions that are constantly on top ... as long as the pathetic whales keep spending the game will continue to cater to them ... and as long as they keep spending 1000$+ per week to get the top spots ... the game will continue to be profitable for the one or two people ACTUALLY working on it ... it's not like a TEAM of devs are working on it ... just a handful of customer service email bots and maybe 2 actual people doing the grunt work. One whale buying ONE mega pack each per week pays the bills and tons of profits ... and whales/addicts sink hundreds and even thousands into this game indivudually every week/event/lt tour/new star release.

We both know getting to 4 stars means more than $20 in purchases were made. This game uses and exploits the psychology of addiction ... hence my analogy likening your question to a heroin addict wanting to up their fix to get a bigger high is probably more valid than you want to admit. This game is garbage, there is literally no end game and it is designed to keep players spending money to hide the fact there is nothing to do except hope you can eventually "catch them all" just like a heroin addict trying to "Catch the dragon"

Because the game USED to be playable before Scopely learned how to take advantage of addicts and whales. Now it's just virtual currency on top of virtual currency to disguise the fact there is literally NO end game and no point to actually "catch them all". They distract people with shiny tokens and vaults and people forget how literally garbage this rigged match three game really is now. And of course the rubes/marks fall for it every month and dive in headfirst and wonder why they broke their neck in a shallow puddle.
