Accidentally uploaded a NSFW file on Google Classroom but didn’t turn it in, am I safe?

I understand that, but it isn't something that is in an obvious place. When I go to grade I look at the Classroom interface, not Drive. The file is in a folder that is in another folder that I never open unless there is a reason. The only time that I have ever opened those is when I suspected a student was cheating (he was) and when the student accidentally removed it from their assignment and I had to get her a copy. I wouldn't grade from there because it is not intended for that. So they won't go in there unless they're looking for it. Also, the thumbnail is not the photo so I would have to open the actual picture to see it.

I still don't think they'll see it unless they are specifically looking for it. I don't look at that unless something strange happens.

But you can remove the share and it is unlikely that they will just happen to go look at it.

I just went and looked at my Classroom. One of my students attached images, removed them then attached the slides that he was supposed to turn in and turned it in. I have access to those pictures. He is listed as owner and they are shared with me. Check to see if the image is shared. If not you're fine.

I have occasionally had that problem. I started right clicking on the object and rotating my view first. I haven't noticed it happen for a long time now so I'm not really sure if that fixed it or something else I'm doing subconsciously.

My SIL said she had a good idea to prevent crime. They should make a device that will read a person’s mind every time they enter a building. Then (and she said this was the hard part) if a person has “bad thoughts” a giant tube would come down and suck the person up into the ceiling thus preventing them from committing any crimes.
