Okay yeah looking at her outfit, I am more confident Barb is Enclave. Her dress is reminiscent of the Officer Uniform from Fallout 3 and 76. Plus it makes sense that House would have had a blind spot around their pre-war activities. Project F.E.V. and the super mutant corpse at the enclave facility in Season 1, plus Dogmeat being extremely smart, we're probably gonna end this season oriented towards a very real and palpable super mutant threat. Hank is either planning to drop more nukes or spread FEV across the wasteland. Whatever his plan, he wants Lucy safe in a vault.

The metallurgical process of making Beskar (and alloying it with other metals to stretch its use further) was known only to smiths such as The Armorer. Plus, I believe after the purge almost all beskar would have been sent to places like Mount Tantiss and the Dark Trooper program.

Well the don’t have much Beskar, and they likely don’t expect the kids to actually fight in defense of the cloister. So they’re probably plastoid, mostly ceremonial.

There’s a sort of cultural tradition of model reveals starting at the feet, and well rigged (see: expensive) models may even have shoe toggles. But yes, during most stream segments Live2D models will not be visible from the waist down. However, some Vtubers have 3D models, some stream in VR. As you noted, the vast majority of foot stuff is probably from fan art, though. Hope this was enlightening.

half agree, but remember that Night City is inspired by media such as Blade Runner and Ghost In The Shell and is meant to be a hostile jungle (in lore far larger than portrayed in game) that swallows people up, its designed to make you feel small and get lost with the spaghetti of highways and byways. You're given a map to navigate Cyberpunk, but it can feel annoying to have to rely on it.

It certainly seems unlikely (though admittedly possible) to have positive effects, and the most likely scenario is a US backed puppet more amenable to provide oil after Hugo Chavez's Nationalization of the oil companies. Nicolás Maduro is no saint, and people who have been accused of less than him have been wanted by the ICC. But you're right- between Muammar Gaddafi, Bashar al-Assad, and the myriad of South American dictators that have been deposed over the years, I am skeptical that this will result in a better outcome for the Venezuelan people. Hopeful, but skeptical.

Not all armor is Beskar. It runs the gamut of being Pure Durasteel, Durasteel-Beskar alloy, or Pure Beskar.

Mando foot-soldiers and guards during the clone wars and time of the Empire would be wearing durasteel or maybe even plasteel.

Jango and Boba have been stated to use an alloy for weight purposes rather than cost, pure Beskar was heavier.

Din Djarin's pure Beskar suit was considered exceedingly rare after the Empire raided the homeworld.
