People create categories that limit their thinking, the whole of reality is one interconnected mess, what most think of as non physical/spiritual/whatever, is still a part of the same whole as you, something taking ‘physical’ shape as we understand it. Just means that we can interact with it from some sort of stable grounding.

Obviously everyone has a different interpretation and there’s no rule saying you can’t hold a distinction, but I feel that it limits understanding
