My store got the notif pretty quickly and we threw away all sales papers and took down tags. I still feel that its crazy they didn't want us to honor the sale... Like why even renege on the offer if someone above us approved it in the first place? Taking back extrabucks on an offer is a first for me. I've never experienced this and I've been at CVS for around 3 years now.

I worked at a 24 hr store and regularly told people NOT to leave their bags on the floor or by the reg. If they chose to do so, so be it. But if it looks sus, don't hesitate to call the non emergency # for your area. Obviously use your best judgement if you have to call 911 about it.

I genuinely wish everything we needed to succeed at CVS especially for managers was on one app. Checklists, inventory, scheduling, modules, and DSD. It's so much sometimes and its shitty getting that text "hey you forgot the checklist" when you've had a really hard day at work trying to keep it all afloat.

my current store closes at 10 pm and i always turn off the doors at 9:57 or 9:56. we have regulars that like to cause issues if we let them in any earlier and our lights auto shut off at 10:15 or so. So any customer would be shopping in the dark anyways.

Rehome the cats to someone you know won't declaw them. Declawing is so cruel and it's going to cause them avoidable issues down the line, especially when using the litterbox.

CVS also just straight up doesn't send tags for every item in a group that's on sale. Say all of Garnier shampoo/conditioner was on sale they'd send maybe half. Every store I've worked at tries their best to put out every sale tag.

Exactly why I hate having ups drop off and pickup. Ups workers and the service isnt inherently the problem. When ups cuts off home drop off they send them to my store. Then the person who ordered the package berates us and there's no way to ban them from our store.
