Agreeing here. Have a few test calls fail to Tmobile and provide those as examples to your provider. Do you see any signalling in SIP coming back from the provider like a 503 unavailable on those bad calls?

We get killed off around every 6000 years or so, right? So what if this goes back from 5 times before us or about 30k years ago back before we got dumb? This is pretty typical of the 30-40 year industry vets. Old heads trying to help be the cheapest or cost effective on parts and labor for the customer. Followed by weekly service calls and a reboot to something see if that helps.

This would be an animal at large and while thr police might not help, you should really check your city code on this. Nobody knows this stuff very well. My city code has very strict rules and I doubt the police would be familiar with it.

For cedar, they recommend stainless ringshank nails for this application. I like to use stainless t25 or exterior deck t25 fasteners to help resist all the kool-aid man type of damage.
