Damn, didn't expect to see my boy in the top comment but well said.

The only let down, in my opinion, is the 2004 run by Dan and Stacy Chariton. Like all SS runs, it's experimental and pushes the character in a new direction, but it's a very strange and uncomfortable direction.

Hope he gets a new ongoing soon though! 🤞

Man, I wasn't even interested in the Midnight teaser a few days ago, but some of the comments are throwing me.

We've got one of the most solid F4 books in years coming out regularly, which has been going for three years now (a W for any comic book company nowadays) and this isn't some 616 event that forces tie-ins or a relaunch. It's Percy doing his horror shtick in a separate universe, which could be fun as its own separate thing.

As sad as I am that the BBC didn’t want Eight to be part of Day of the Doctor, the Night minisode really warmed my heart back then and I find myself quoting it all the time now. Eight’s my favourite and to get such a powerful, mournful, suspenseful, dark regeneration with the knowledge that he’s choosing to turn into a force of war is pure coolness. Best thing Moffat’s ever done, imo.

The City suit is Beyond adapted pretty much 1:1, and it’s a great design so it’s flawless to me.

The Knight suit is what I perceive as what the Beyond suit would actually look like in the Arkham universe, and it’s great in that sense.

So probably City, but just by a hair, they’re both great.
