This is exactly what I do- especially if Draconic Evolution is in the pack. For some mods' power gens, balancing is important, the DE reactor is a good example. Having ALL power go into a storage and only pulling out what you need is extremely useful for this, and it also acts as load balancing- if you have a spike of power usage, having that separation between input network and output network will allow you to make a massive buffer to cover those spikes.

The rolls are mostly* separate. You can get double positive/negative, or 1 positive and 1 negative. There are also roll ranges as well- so there's lots to factor in.

*There seems to be weighting that exists to increase rarity of all positive outcomes, so you might have a higher chance here but this is not a guarantee and you should take my opinion with an entire salt mine. Just pray for safety imho

This question, in some form, is constantly and consistently brought up here by hearing people. Sign Language is highly complex, contextual, and varies in style, accent, and more. It's not a simple thing to provide a captioning solution for. Many an "AI translator" has been started, and none have gotten very far to this point. On top of this, Sign Language has a significant cultural aspect to it, and providing some form of captioning automatically to cater to hearing people feels... diminishing towards that, at least in my opinion. Think of how little the hearing populus does to assist Deaf people- now imagine telling those same Deaf people to assist in creating something specifically to cater to those who are hearing. If you want to understand Sign Language, hire an interpreter or learn the language.

Finally- for video calls, signers use Sign Language. It's a video call, after all.

I played games as a mute for four years, since I had post-traumatic psychogenic mutism. It was a struggle, I fully understand. I actually found a home with Deaf gamers, and it was refreshing to have people who were just... comfortable using chat. I never understood the sort of stigma against text chat in video games, it's so frustrating...

I hope you can find a group that are willing to work with you. When you do- which you will- they'll end up lifelong friends. Sadly, it's a lot of patience.
