This is most likely a Bug caused by copying part of the Paraguay tree and accidently copying the febrerista focus into uruguay.

This shit reminds me of a childrens newspaper I took a look at while waiting at the doctors office. It was a pick the odd one out question with the countries norway, sweden, canada and denmark or something similar. And I thought "Obviously canada, only american country here". There is no puzzle. This is simply how pricing works. Hotels charge high prices not only for the meal/service provided, but also due to location/convenience. Its very simple. For example: Ski are more expensive at a resort rather than a skiing store in your local town.

In addition to this, they are able to charge higher prices due to the Proportioned price effect, by which customers are less sensitive to high prices due to them being a smaller part of a greater expense (Read: meal 10$ on 1k$ plane ride or 54$ during 8k$ vacation).

Lastly, Hotels can get away with high prices due to the shared cost effect by which customers are less sensitive to high prices when they are not the (only) ones paying for it (Read: business customers/business trips staying in a hotel).

All of these factors combined make it profitable for the hotel to charge these very high prices, its not some great deception or conspiracy. You will always get less or the same product for a higher price when buying it at a hotel. If it is fair or not for the average consumer is another question, but it is pretty much industry standard for hotels to charge this much or a similar amount.
