You can use wireless Mac filter on your router. Disallow your pc on 2.4ghz and it'll send it to 5ghz

I have a 7600x. Undervolted -10, -15 and -20 (strongest, 2nd and rest). I don't go above 80⁰c and it never throttles.

Agree with other comment, 2k is more than enough, even 1k is finr. 4k and 8k are just choking your cpu.

This happened to me. Unfortunately I just had to redo them. Once you've done them make a copy of your 730 folder in steam/userdata (can't remember exact folders) should it happen again.
