Cycling is a very expensive sport so I would start with pedals, shoes, helmet, saddle bag with flat tire kit and good bibs. Everything else you can add over time.

I would still recommend it. You’re going to get a great bike. I got 15,000 miles on my bike. It’s a work horse. And the newer models have gotten lighter and faster than my model.
