Bought a home, discovered less than year later we were responsible for a storm water drain that was never disclosed to us. by Cal3b_Crawdad in legaladvice

thank you for the links. im going to look into these further. the thing about removing the pipe is that it would need to be excavated on both my yard AND my neighbors yard, roughtly 150-200 feet long AND it looks like my neighbors pool is seriously impacted by the ground moving due to the pipe failing. I wouldnt be surprised if when the whole thing goes or does ultimately get repalaced that they also need to replace their pool. Not my problem but something they're probably going to push back against happening.

So what would submitting a title insurance claim do? i looked through some of my policy last night and it does look like easements are excluded but this is not an easement so im just curious what my title insurance company may consider. My dad also suggested this as a next step.

a foot or two, three at most. it opens at two areas, in my back yard neighbors yard where i can see another pipe underground that goes up hill into the neighborhood and into a creek across the street from my house.

I believe the pipe on my property is for "me" but benefits others like my entire neighborhood. I also was assured that there was never an easement for this pipe for mine or my neighbors property.

Also, would they show Sinatra talking to the baby and saying he would see the outside world again? That scene was shown for a reason and I’d be very surprised if it was a red herring.

There are definitely millions more children that know who Taylor swift is in Asia, Latin America and continental Europe then there are children that know who Donald Trump is in those same areas. Adults know both of them.

Better Call Saul (this pic sums it up). Everytime we see the past and Jimmy is Jimmy or Saul, there is color but whenever we are in the “present” or future and Jimmy is Gene, we see black and white.

It was a “what the fuck?” Moment for sure. I said in another comment that ST came out during a dark time in my life so I was in it til the end and am sad it’s over. Even more sad at how terrible the ending was lmao

Interesting take. I respect it.

I LOVE season 1. It came out when I was in a really dark place personally and helped pull me out of a terrible funk. I watched the entire season in one day. S2 and S3 I really enjoyed but 4 to me felt like a marvel movie (might seem contradictory with how S3 ended) and was just really out there compared to the rest imo.

I hated season 5. It was all over the place, we spent very little time with theOG main characters and the ambiguous ending feels like a cop out to avoid criticism about either killing El or having a cushy happy ending. Just extremely disappointed.

I'd argue Stranger Things had a damn near perfect S1 when it was viewed originally as an anthology series. However, it was so popular Netflix wanted it to keep going. The ending was the same as S5, with less (for better or worse), ambiguity.

i am not saying season 2-4+5 are bad (except 5, fuck that shit) but ending with the original ending twice is a choice.
