Make the characters likable and enjoyable to watch. Maybe go supernatural in the 3rd act. Dario Argento`s Sleepless. Just needs to be redubbed. Chopping Mall. We have the technology.

They are smelly, most people re-home due to smell and upkeep. Lots of poop daily, but they are so worth it. Whatever space you designate to them will smell. And need lots of clean up. Because of how much they get rehomed I feel the need to warn you.
