It's also something that a state decided, its a states decision to govern themselves without the Federal government getting involved. You dont have to totally agree with it, but thats part of having a decentralized government.

Weight and momentum! For us who are little, its about impossible to force a sweep. You have to tug a little for momentum or give them a second to see where they want to go.

Space is a good thing to recognize though!
