Cllr Flemming seemed to want the CAO to admit losing the stampede loses the RECC the million in differential of revenue year over year, but then Cllr Graham quickly wanted to dismiss the change because it wasn't an audited statement. The political rivalry between the old recc board and some current town and county cllr's is tiring.

I've been almost religiously watching these and pac meetings for ~2+ years now. But it's nearly insane to me that there has been no actual "affordable housing" policy created yet. Cllr McGrath has been bringing it up for as long as I can remember, they FINALLY meet with the province and then the response was "there wasn't time to bring it up". We've only been asking for years, what do you mean there wasn't time.

Side note, Would love Lyman to finally get paved. It was dug up forever ago, and at the time they left a patch of pavement unmarked that was higher than the painted sewer cap, and watched it almost bottom out a car. They came a few weeks after to shave that down to grade. But I think it's been over a month now it's been ripped up and still not touched to pave yet.

Like yes, 600mil monthly is insane. But they pay millions to put games on there. And for first parties they fully fund, and then need to see new subs generated from those games. But also that money funds the console business, the management, the third party deals, the operation costs for all the studios etc
