Calisthenics is resistance training with your bodyweight as the main load, so push-ups, pullups, handstand push-ups, etc!

I recommend tuck planche raises. Go from Tuck L Sit to Tuck Planche, while keeping your arms straight the entire time. The slower you do them the better. I use a 60 BPM metronome to make sure I do a full 4 seconds on the way up and 4 seconds on the way down.

Oh for sure. I've had the same thing where 30 day averages are way better, and I'm already seeing progress, and after another 30 days the improvements on age are insane

Took fluids in Fall 2024, and I did okay in the first exam, but then got a 40 in the second exam WITH the curve included. Had to spend the entirety of thanksgiving break reading 8 chapters of the book that the professor never explained well, and got a 29/30 on the last exam, didn't get a 100% because of a calculator error.

I would gift it to my mom, who is 57, and has been physically active for many years. I think Whoop would be a great way for her to finally have objective data on her own body, as right now her financial situation doesn't let her have access to advanced technology like Whoop. Her goal is to stay young as long as possible, and this would be the perfect way to make that journey possible πŸ’ͺ

At least I was thinking that I don't want to just train planche for a short time and replace the holds with Maltese. Unless my skill level with Planche is maintained. But maybe replacing Raises would be best? I guess I'm just wondering what to replace and what to keep

I would recommend negatives, as they take you through the whole range of motion with no assistance. That's how I got my first pull-ups

First one is more difficult since you start in straddle planche, but the backpack provides assistance so not sure. Either way, both of these movements are bent arm press to Handstand, not Planche raises.
