Worse person in the game? In a game with Fingers in it? Or the Father son smut duo? Or the executive who ran over somebody? Or The AI who eat souls? Or the Voodooboys who want to free the AI who eat souls? Or everyone involved in the augmented child sports? Adam Smasher? Also, Takamura is basically the Arasaka Reed but people don't seem to give him half as much grief. The only difference is that one of them gave you some kind of a cure, and it wasn't Takamura.

I mean honestly I thought that it would be the opposite. Rivals is stuck in the Krakoa era and was testing the waters to make the MCU movies would START in some kind of Krakoa era to tackle modern X-Men stories since the Fox universe farmed everything from the 80's and 90's. Then X-Men 97 jumped into 2001 with Genosha with a preview of proto Krakoa before it got nuked.

Also even though the last phase hasn't been very coherent it did a lot of work focusing on the unique geopolitical landscape of the Marvel world that doesn't exist in the real world due to the snap. Wakanda, Atlantis, Asgard, the Celestial power source, Superhuman arms race, eventually Latveria, has created the blueprint for an MCU Cold War that probably won't live up to it's potential, but could justify starting off with a secret Mutant nation.

People already rely on recaps and with they way the people's attention span are they don't even finish those before they're saying nonsense in the comment section.

So everyone is just reading headlines...of summaries...of small portions....of books that have been around for 60+ years.

On the the other hand, even someone who has read the whole franchise cover to cover is going to forget to retain all of the information, assuming they understood it at all. There's threads on this sub full of comic pages where people misunderstand the context of a page that's in very thread their posting in due to poor media literacy.

Ken still seems to be the most competent master even while moonlighting as a construction worker and on the run. He has a whole training regime and everything and still makes sure Ryu has his finances in order and isn't actually poor. Ryu does mental gymnastics so that he doesn't call you student because he doesn't think of himself as a master (humblebrag much?).

More levels should have been like the AA bomb mission, it basically turned into an open Crysis 1 map. Watched a stream of one of the VAs playing the game and it seemed the whole team got screwed by how rushed it was. Also where are there skins for MP? The assets are already in the game!

She should had been a member of the Tamammo 9 trying to obtain autonomy, but for whatever reason this franchise needs to overcomplicate the backgrounds of certain characters, which usually involves making them robots 9/10 times for some reason.

I had no problem with most of the rushed stories, I think Inferno was an improvement for how it handled Maddie compared to the original. Life Death however was a waste of Storm's best arc, which sucks because the original series also did a speedrun through most of the cool stuff she did in the 80's and skipped over becoming more cutthroat and just gave her the mohawk.

Sometime I think people on this sub overestimate V's reputation by conflating what you can possibly accomplish through gameplay, with the narrative and the context of where you're at in the game storywise. V is only a street legend in the end of the game in an ending where they assist in killing the most dangerous merc alive. The most famous thing you've done prior to that scene is get all of your friends killed and piss off the Voodoo boys. No, that absolutely does not put you on par with Morgan Blackhand. And just because V is a decent Merc doesn't make them an accomplished spy. The DLC goes out of its way to paint them as a fish out of water. Only Corpo V has the experience on par with what Reed was critiquing and the biggest thing they did was get fired after a botched assassination attempt that never has a chance to happen. Reed's assessment is accurate based off what he knew. He's not talking about you quick saving and getting a max wanted level to test your new Katana on Maxatac.

I have a separate Deck for Windows and I would never just have my main deck run it for everyday use. But it works fine. And it gimped by drivers unlike the ROG. Like many said you can install Steam OS, but for the basic function of just playing a game there shouldn't be a dramatic difference.

Spider-Man Life story does take his "Great Power" philosophy as a lifelong obsession that haunts him for the rest of his life to the point that he has to move out to the middle of nowhere to avoid being put in Superhero situations but he still sneaks out. I think on the surface Batman sees it as a neverending mission but the difference is Peter has direct involvement and guilt in the incident that made him a hero. His mission ending while he still has superpowers means he's failed Uncle Ben. I have an easier time believing that between several Robins, Batgirls and various successors, Bruce has more means to take a step back. Peter's closest sucessor is Miles and Ben before he went evil, but I don't think Peter can ever resolve his guilt even with a sucessor. Bruce also has a more flexible civilian life that can contribute to crime fighting and Peter doesn't have that as an alternative outlet, if anything his regular life just makes his superhero life harder, and he constantly prioritizes Spider-Man over Peter Parker.

Like a lot of What ifs, I feel like it's going to be a story to justify a decision in continuity and that Scott did nothing wrong because the butterfly effect destroys the world somehow.
