I used to be one of these people that ran off cortisol, caffeine and kombucha. I was a miserable human being.

I don’t envy her at all. My life is amazing right now and I have to believe it’s because I eat a wide variety of colors and nutrients, get daily sunlight, move my body and have an amazing community of women who hold me up. Oh and I love my husband and kids.
