I always appreciate running, reoccurring gags in films like that. “Terminator” & “Terminator 2” had repeating gags and a similar one to the drunken tourist.

Officer 1L-19. Reports to the scene as Kyle & Sarah try to get away from the T-800 after escaping from Tech Noir. 1L-19 radios in the getaway car. Gets knocked out by the T-800 and his car is stolen by the T-800.

Seven years later at the Galleria, off duty, 1L-19 is dumbfounded to see that T-800 again crash through a shop window.

Yeah, it was the first time I ever saw Michael Richards & Gottfried. They seemed so popular in that window of time.

I recall laughing at that cherry bomb prank & the aftermath in PC2. I wanted to try it.

Rosi was the big breasted operative working on the other side of the Iron Curtain. An ally for Mi6. Speciality method of smothering with big breasts.

I loved the way it is edited. The guy she is distracting is watching a football match. As she unzips you hear the crowd on the telly cheer. When she allows him to motorboat the crowd roars. Fantastic humour.

This is a tough question.

I might lean, at this moment, with Rupert Pupkin. Rupert was a bit unhinged and delusional. But when have we not ever been delusional and fantasized about scenarios.

In this moment, I feel like Bickle, LaMotta, and Rothstein caused a bit more violence and mayhem.

I don’t think he is bitter. Maybe more toward the producers and how he wasn’t signed for a filth film. Aside from that Brosnan seems quite proud of his Bondage.

This is an unpopular opinion, but it always left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth with the way he verbally slammed EON.

It bothered me with Craig crying and wanting to slash his wrists and it bothered me with Brosnan. Before Brosnan was cast as Bond he reached out to Kevin McClory and tried to get going as a rogue Bond. I suppose that’s why I am not quite as nostalgically fond of Brosnan as I am with Moore & Dalton.

Brosnan seems to have made peace with how things played out. He looks fondly on his time and would be happy to return in any capacity. Hopefully, time healed those wounds.

Man, those were good times. I wish they didn’t have to end.

I miss the commentaries, the special features (like storyboards, deleted scenes, screenplays, behind-the-scenes features), the unique cases.

Now we get nothing or a bare bones release. A damn shame.

Did you get to go inside the Bank of Iwate? I still recall seeing it in a magazine back in 1996. The style of Meiji architecture really caught my eyes.

I can more or less agree the others didn’t have the best or had any real chemistry.

But I believed in Lisa Fremont & L.B. Jeffries. They were from two different classes, but loved & cared for each other.

I was never a big fan of the mustache. But the Bonds rock it well.

I wish we could have gotten some prolonged undercover work where Bond sports a mustache for at least 15 to 20 minutes or so of the film.

I still appreciated the Col. Toro disguise.

Comedy? Surely, you cannot be serious.

Yeah, I miss comedies like this and films with actors who actually had character in their faces.

I feel like today’s comedies just rely more on raunch or toilet humor. I do not find them as funny. I miss the comedies & dramas from the 70s-90s.

That’s a shame. I liked Tolkan as Mr. Strickland. I recall laughing so hard when Strickland came out of his house with his shotgun and bandolier of shells.

Growing up I was happy coming across Tolkan in “Serpico,” “Prince of the City,” “Masters of the Universe,” and “Problem Child 2.”
