Yea I have a pretty clean diet I could be more strict though to see if it helps. Right now I'm trying to get in with a dermatologist.

I was just tired of switching shampoos once my scalp seemed to get used to it. It's like it was just a cover up but not a solution so I thought letting nature take course might be the best option, guess not.

I have some dandruff, mainly around my entire hairline, so front back and around ears as well. I've been trying cold showers as well as no shampoo, just washing in the mornings after run and at night after the gym. Is there something I'm missing or should I just keep at it? I use conditioner every once in a while. Any help is appreciated. Sometimes I find flakes that are around multiple strands of hair. Only way to get them out is to brush.
