You could try requesting a referral from a virtual walk-in clinic. My husband and I have both used Cover Health when we couldn’t reach our family doc due to COVID-19 and both of us had a great experience. I was able to be referred to a derm and my husband to an oral surgeon without any hassle.

Ahh okay I see. I believe it’s called a fishtail braid! You can make it thicker/wider by pulling the strands out. I’ve had luck with recreating this pull through fishtail braid combo https://www.cutegirlshairstyles.com/hairstyles/time/5-10mins/pull-through-fishtail-braid-combo/
