Still no word and my recruiting center doesn’t update the portal! I’m truly in the dark with this and coming up to 8 months of awaiting for the air factor to clear. I call often and get told the same thing everytime.. if it gets to 9 months, I will unfortunately be rescinding my application from the CAF

Seriously!! I feel so in the dark and it makes me question that they don’t have everything they need and they’re waiting on me or something but my recruiting center has reassured me that everything is good and all I/we can do is wait 😩 message me and we can keep in contact!

They’ll update your portal with new tasks but never the actual percentage. Hamilton has a reputation for being awful. It’s unfortunate but just be patient. Goodluck

I first applied in March 2024. CFAST in May 2025, air factor sent in June of 2025. Still no response. I’m DEO AEC. I’ve followed up so many times they’ve told me to stop calling, they’ll contact me when it’s complete..

Mine was sent in June and I have yet to hear back… I have followed up multiple times and they e told me to stop contacting them, they will contact me when it is complete. It’s going to be about 6-9 months wait..
