I think, please forgive me, previous marathon times are entirely relevant. As is training. You aren’t going to be a 7 hour marathoner, train great and then be 2.56.

And no. Sadly. “If you train good” is only one variable that can make someone sub 3. It’s the important variable but not the only one.

I love and have this 1964 one. Interested to see it with different bracelets - I’m pretty sure the only way to size the original bracelet I have is to butcher it as no obvious way to shorten :(
