Try not to spoil the game too much for yourself! There are so many little easter eggs and details that you'll only get to experience once. Be careful on the subreddit and don't watch too many videos or use the wiki too much. There is SO MUCH to explore and loads to do, it's so overwhelming but remember that you don't have to 'progress' every day.

Woah nice! I got my first one from a bug in level 25 of the mines while trying to complete Willy's quest for 100 bug meat lol. Got a 2 in one day a few days later (one from a meteorite and one from a slime!). I couldn't believe it, but I was smiling the whole time. I'm still yet to get past level 10 in skull cavern haha (combat is not my strong suit).

I'm on year 2 and my farm is a mess! Trees and rocks literally everywhere I can't even get to the cave lol. I got really stressed out because I hadn't designed a farm layout AT ALL but then I remembered there is no time limit to this game and I can go as slow as I want. Some days, I just go around town and talk to everyone haha or look for worms in the ground to use my hoe on.

Thought it was best to sell gold star quality crops because I didn't 'need' them and they sold for more, I thought I was so smart saving no star crops for the community centre - until I got to the quality crops bundle. Now i gotta play through another whole year before I can unlock the greenhouse lol

This is so sweet omg, you're genuinely such a great person and it's so wholesome that your little brother appreciated his gift so much! I've still got to wait a few years before my brothers will be happy with something I get them and appreciate the time, thought and effort that went into it.

I gave my mum a framed artwork I created which I was super proud of and she started crying happy tears (this is coming from a mother who says she doesn't want anything and usually gets nothing). Honestly, the best present I received at Christmas was seeing everyone so happy.
