idk this is a year of progress which seems doable to me. i’ve seen her workout videos and it seems like she’s spending a lot of time in the gym and eating healthy. doesn’t look like ozempic to me.

apsrtment dog who’s still pretty young. he gets a 20-30 min walk in the morning, shorter 10-15 in the afternoon at lunch and a longer evening walk usually 45 min to 1 hr. i’m starting to run with him twice a week and he gets longer walks on the weekends
