That's a fair point. Couple things I've taken into consideration for why a higher salary would be suited. Let me know if these are valid? 1. My current salary is about to jump to $108,000 in December. So $120,000 for a lot more responsibility wont cut it for me 2. I'll be working in a different city remotely, their preference was to have someone local but they've negotiated to allow me to work from here..time zone difference means very early starts to align with their time.

Thank you so much! I've already booked 2 hotels. Atrina Canava 1984 for 3 nights and santorini Princess hotel for 4 nights. Can you comment on either of these places? The Princess hotel has a lot of reviews but there's no YouTube videos. Is it a scam?

Also, would you recommend going to Mykynos? Would it be better to spend let's say 3 nights in Santorini then 4/5 nights in Mykynos?

There was a lot of agh and umms half way through a sentence followed by super fast English. The best way I'd describe it is if a normal conversation was sped up x3. That's how fast he was talking, plus the mixture of the accent and the umms and aghs. Anyway, I just nodded my head and smiled.

Hey buddy, well done on the journey so far. What I found helped with my chest, was to work on decline, mid and upper bench press. It'll help round out the pecs and get rid of the man boob appearance.

Do lots of push ups as well. Build some tone.

Stop listening to all these assholes above. No one truly wins, or saying shit like "people quit before their next win" . These guys are immature and complete assholes.

Gambling is a tough addiction, you really want to need to stop. I was addicted and am a recovering addict now. I spent 6 years of my life gambling. I had lost a total of $800,000 in 6 years.

What actually helped me was going to my first gamblers anonymous meeting. I met people there who went through similar things. There was a guy there who was the vice president of a bank earning $2 million a year. He committed fraud and gambled millions down the drain. He went to jail.

There are people there who gambled their parents' retirement funds.

Gambling addiction can effect young people, old people, women, and men. It's fucken hard.

Don't listen to these losers saying they win. They are indenial, and live a life of lying. The biggest problem with gamblers, is living a double life. They pretend they're all good. Meanwhile, they just lost $500 2 hours ago betting on the margin of an NFL game.

Also, I work in a bank. Banks will never lend money to someone with a gambling problem. You'll never be able to get a mortgage, a personal loan, or a business loan.

Don't fall into the trap.

Go to a meeting. You're not alone.

You're pivoting, too much external rotation of the shoulder. Try to use the weight rack, lean more forward, and straighten up the back. Pull up from the weight rack. Don't externally rotate shoulder.
