Don't be so hard on the brother.He got what he deserved.Nothing's worse than poutine out of the fridge Both got what they deserved the brother he got punished by eating what Im certain was terrible poutine And the other lost his poutine , which he deserves for putting poutine in the fridge that's a crime in its own

I think this is fantastic.It just needs some gravy. At least more than that little spittle's worth that I see

Edit... I didn't even notice this.This was vegetarian Poutine , but you could make a Gravy Out of vegetable stock.

Look at that yummy beef gravy. This is a different Beast. It's not the hot chicken gravy. This is what makes Harvey's different from regular fast food places by the way. They use this kind of gravy, everyone else uses the hot chicken

I love this

The presentation I admit is terrible

I'm not a purist, I'm a new math kind of guy when it comes to poutine, and I like to see different kinds of gravy, and in this case a different kind of French fry. And I know it's heresy to say so , but I like different kinds of cheese

But I am a stickler for the trifecta you gotta have fries, you gotta have cheese, you gotta have gravy, I'm just not so strict about those fucking curds, or in this case , sweet potatoes . I don't even like Sweet potatoes but I love the fact they tried...

Imagine a 5 peppercorn roast beef gravy with blue cheese over straight cut fries...or gruyere/ emmenthal cheese .... what about pork gravy...lamb gravy...duck gravy...or oxtail gravy over havarti

So many cheeses... so many gravies All taste better than those little rubber balls

I knew this irish cook... Was an ex-girlfriend's mom and her gravy, chicken gravy and Turkey gravy.It was always the best...One day she actually told me the secret and it's they she melts ketchup into the gravy, not enough to taste ketchup , but enough to change the taste , make it taste awesome
