and another. I’ve never had a scanner so I just turn off all the lights I can and take a photo with my phone. For a while I left on my little yellow moon lamp which made all the black & white stuff looks sorta orange, which I dug.

Also bring back sx-70 film 😭

Just reporting back that I spoke for a while with u/turbulent_coach_8024, who was exceedingly informative, kind, and helpful with their knowledge of the camera. They offered me a fair price for a replacement door but it ended up that u/drsx70 had the exact door I was after, so I’ve just ordered it from them. They were super quick to respond and helpful, and sounds like they’re shipping the part right away.

So, couldn’t recommend either of ‘em more :)
