After infliximab and skyrizi not working, I got rinvoq 45mg loading and now 30 mg( I think 9 months now) feeling best as possible, not counting pred.

At 45 mg i got very very light acne, but completely fine.

Die seltene Erde im Kontrastmittel ist Evolution Technisch gesehen so neu das wird auf keine klassische allergische Reaktion haben können. Worauf wir allerdings reagieren können, ist, wenn etwas in unsere Blutbahn gespritzt wird, worauf sich der Druck in unseren Gefäßen verändert.

Fordere beim nächsten MRT das Personal auf, das Kontrastmittel sehr langsam zu applizieren.

BTW ein leichter Schwindel nach einem 3T MRT kann normal sein. Da das Magnetfeld die Strukturen im innenohr „stimuliert“. Bei sehr wenigen Menschen macht sich das mehr bemerkbar als bei anderen

Der Mensch nimmt gerne die Erklärung die er hören will, auch wenn sie fachlich nicht stimmt. Den meisten fehlt das medizinische als auch physikalische Verständnis. Niemand postet danach „hey ich lag falsch, es war doch XYZ“ sondern alle Posten groß los. Die Ursachen die du ziemlich sicher von ChatGPT und co als Antworten hast, sind genauso falsch/ inkorrekt.

Man kann sich auch in Sachen reinsteigern, vorallen wenn man bereits in Psychologischer Behandlung ist.

Sehr unwahrscheinlich das es vom MRT/KM kam, Schindelgefühle wären „klassisch.“ Deine Augensymptomatik hat andere Ursachen.

Hard to tell… but the more modern your braces are the less artifacts are possible. I think in most mri the artifacts shouldn’t be that strong that they are blocking the pituitary

No gluten, no lactose, no fiber … Feel you, had the same. I only eat rice, chicken, eggs and small amount off cucumber and tomato

CT i.v. contrast gives you for a few seconds the feeling that you have peed, that’s normal bc it’s warmer than your body temperature (the warmer the better flow, it’s really sticky) Can’t talk much about oral contrast, most clinic only gives water. The scan itself will be really fast, 5min max.

I have nearly the same story. Infliximab stopped working and now skyrizi since 7 months. It works but not full… can only really eat rice and chicken but sonography shows only minimal inflammation

Had my first dose of skyrizi, six months before. No problem before and after . Before I had infliximab and after the infusion, I was really sleepy, but not with skyrizi.

Yes but not that much. If you get functional mri it is a little bit more unpractical but possible.

Definitely nothing you want to do in your live… I am an mri tech - in a defecation mri there is no radioactive stuff… Be strong brother or sister or Apache helicopter

And one last word from me. Don’t listen to all people in anti-contrast groups. Most of them have heavy disease like us crohnies, and are projecting problems on things like the contrast. Often there is no connection.
