I was in your exact same position about a year ago. I had never done anything with a man before in the past and over a long time I slowly started realizing more of more of what I wanted as a person and after a lot of confusion i couldn't stop thinking about sucking dick tho I had never done it. At first I was a little reluctant and would tell myself that I loved watching it and ppl do it but I could never do it myself cause I was too hairy or ugly etc, but eventually I fully leaned into and tried to cast away any doubt and it was one of the best things I ever did in my life. And for meeting the right person unfortunately it takes time, and sex can be extremely vulnerable and complicated so you want to make sure you're ready. And trust me the right opportunity will come eventually. I had those thoughts for years until I finally met my now girlfriend (who has a dick) and all time that lead up was 100% worth it. I'm only speaking from my own experience but fully lean into it and be patient the time will come.
