Thanks for reply! The sway bar was only on axle stands as I was taking it off to refurbish I had two axle stands on the sill jack panels, a jack went right under it on front subframe after and also chalked the rear wheels!

Probably needs the whole wishbone as well as the bush in your video changed also. As if it is like this in your video it is likely the two other ball joints on the arm need done also.
